Matan Feldman

Matan Feldman is Wall Street Prep’s Founder and Managing Partner. His responsibilities include business development, development of courses, and overseeing training programs. Matan has overseen training programs for clients including Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Raymond James, Stifel Nicolaus, FBR Capital Markets, Sagent Advisors, Giuliani Capital Advisors, JP Morgan, Cerberus, Wharton Business School, London Business School, Kellogg, Booth, Stern (NYU), and Cornell. Prior to founding Wall Street Prep, Matan served in several capacities on Wall Street — first as an Analyst in Chase Manhattan Bank's Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York, and subsequently as an Associate within JP Morgan's Equity Research Group, covering Food & Drug Retail Equities.

Arkady Libman

Arkady co-authored many of Wall Street Prep’s training materials and has conducted corporate training for many of Wall Street Prep’s clients, including Enogex, Rosetta Resources, Hess Corporation, Silicon Valley Bank, RBC Capital Markets, Stifel Nicolaus, and FBR Capital Markets. In addition, Arkady conducts training programs at top business schools across the world, including Wharton, MIT Sloan, Wharton, Tuck, INSEAD, London Business School, and University of Michigan. Prior to joining Wall Street Prep, Arkady was an Associate within the Energy & Natural Resources of the Equity Research Group at FBR Capital Markets. Prior to joining FBRC in October 2001, Arkady was an Investment Banking Analyst within J.P. Morgan Chase’s Global Oil & Gas Group.

Marshall Anderson

Managing Partner, Consulting Group Head

Marshall has 25 years of professional service experience, principally in financial consulting, transaction diligence, and analytics areas. Marshall is a financial consulting and business modeling professional who helps clients identify and address finance topics ranging from tool development to M&A diligence. He has worked with large and small cap companies, asset managers, and PE firms. Marshall leverages his experiences as a consultant, principal investor, banker and strategic diligence advisor to ensure his clients get broad, yet deep advise on the key client issues that quantitatively impact performance. Prior to WSP, he led the Business Modeling practice at EY and was leader of the Transaction Services, Strategic Services Group at KPMG. Previously, Marshall was an investment banker at Citibank, and later became a principal at a New York-based private equity firm where he was CFO of one of its portfolio companies. He began his career as an officer in the US Air Force as a project manager overseeing several large defense contracts.

Scott McCarthy

Scott oversees the development, visual design and user experience of Wall Street Prep's online learning platform and interactive products. He has 15+ years of experience in interactive and print design and product development. Before joining Wall Street Prep, Scott worked at the Washington Post, serving as Creative Director for the Washington Post Express and Design Director for Post mobile apps.

Brad Barlow

Prior to joining Wall Street Prep, Brad was an Investment Banking Associate within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at UBS Investment Bank, where he was involved in a range of diverse transactions that included restructuring, capital raising and M&A for a variety of banks, insurance companies and specialty finance firms. He was one of FIG’s two primary coverage associates for large and mid-cap U.S. regional banks and headed up the group’s internal training program for incoming junior bankers. Prior to UBS, Brad served for over 5 years as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he headed a variety of overseas deployments and training programs.

Hannah Barnstable

Prior to joining Wall Street Prep, Hannah was a Vice President at investment banking firm Lincoln International. During her 7 years at Lincoln, Hannah worked on a variety of transactions including M&A, capital raises, and restructuring deals. Prior to working at Lincoln, Hannah spent 2 years at AEGON Investments on the fixed income trading desk. Hannah holds Series 7 and 63 licenses and has a BBA in finance from University of Iowa.

Matthew Blair

Matt is responsible for organizing financial modeling and technical interview prep boot camps at the top graduate and undergraduate academic institutions in North America and abroad. He has over seven years of business development experience in the education, financial and micro-ticket leasing industries. Prior to joining the team at Wall Street Prep, Matt held the position of Business Development Manager at Timepayment Corp, where he helped generate lease volume and revenue, in addition to acquiring and maintaining vendor relationships. Matt’s additional past professional experience includes positions with GE Capital and EF Education.

Haseeb Chowdhry

Prior to joining Wall Street Prep, Haseeb was an Assistant Vice President in Barclays Wealth's Business Assessment & Strategic Analytics team, focusing on streamlining operations and increasing profitability for specific business lines. Prior to Barclays, he spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies focusing on maritime, offshore and logistics companies, developing an expertise in unique LBO and capital raising structures. Immediately after graduation, Haseeb helped establish a financing subsidiary for Edible Arrangements International, Inc. He graduated from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU with a BS in Finance and Accounting. Haseeb has passed the Series 79 and 63 exams.

Ziv Feldman

Ziv has been a senior instructor at Wall Street Prep since 2005. He has conducted training for many of Wall Street Prep’s corporate clients, including Insight Partners, Stifel Nicolaus (Thomas Weisel), FTI Consulting, Walgreens, UnitedHealth Group, and many others. Ziv also conducts training programs at top business schools across the world, including Wharton, MIT Sloan School of Management, Wharton, Rice University, Carnegie Mellon, Cornell’s Johnson School of Business, NYU’s Stern School of Business. Prior to joining Wall Street Prep, Ziv worked for Merrill Lynch in the company's Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York.

Scott Humphries

Scott Humphries is responsible for corporate business development. Prior to joining Wall Street Prep, Scott worked for JPMorgan Chase & Co where he launched and managed hundreds of strategic alliances with affinity groups and retail bank branches to market student loan products, generating year-over-year increases in loan volume and revenue. Prior to this, Scott supervised a student loan call center for JPMorgan Chase & Co., leading his team of loan representatives to year-over-year increases in loan volume and revenue.

Mike Kimpel

Prior to joining Wall Street Prep, Mike was a Senior Analyst for five years at Permian Investment Partners, NYC-based long/short investment fund. Prior to joining Permian, he was a Vice President at HIG Capital, a private equity fund with $24 billion under management. Before business school, he was an Associate at Golden Gate Capital, a private equity fund with $15 billion under management. He began his career as an analyst at UBS Investment Bank, where he completed a variety of M&A and LBO transactions across multiple industries. Mike earned a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, with Distinction, and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was selected to participate in the Applied Value Investing program. Since 2014, he has taught Applied Value Investing as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School.

Hahn Lin

Hahn has eight years of experience evaluating and executing investments across investment management, private equity and investment banking roles. Prior to joining Wall Street Prep, Hahn was an Assistant Vice President at Old Mutual Asset Management, a Boston-based holding company of institutional asset managers with over $250 billion in AUM. Prior to OMAM, Hahn was an Associate at Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, and an Analyst at Quadrant Management, a New York family office. Hahn began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Macquarie Capital in New York. He is a CFA charter holder and has passed the Series 7 and 63 exams. Hahn holds a BS in Finance from NYU Stern.

Adam McGowan

Adam’s diverse career in finance includes investment banking, corporate finance and transaction advisory services consulting. Prior to Wall Street Prep, Adam was a Vice President at McNamee Lawrence & Co., a technology boutique investment bank, where he specialized in M&A and private financings. Adam was also a Senior Financial Analyst at one of the top 10 largest private companies where he assisted the company with its first debt offering. Adam has consulted numerous senior management teams and boards of directors on their M&A strategies. Adam holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Adam received an MBA from Yale, a Master’s of Engineering from MIT and a BS from Virginia Tech.

Silab Mohanty

Silab has held several prominent investment banking positions in New York, including Associate at JP Morgan, Vice President at Credit Suisse, and Director and Executive Director at UBS. Silab has worked on numerous M&A, financing, capital markets, leveraged buyout, restructuring, and cross-border deals. Prior to investment banking, Silab worked with multinational financial institutions, including Standard Chartered Bank, in corporate banking and structured finance in Asia.

Lidia Napier

Lidia leads the Valuation Practice at CFGI, a regional finance and accounting consulting firm. Prior to CFGI, she served as a Manager in the Transaction Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Lidia specializes in the valuation of businesses, intangible assets and equity securities for financial reporting, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions and litigation support purposes. She has performed numerous valuation engagements for the transactions ranging from $25 million to $7.5 billion in a broad range of industries. She is a CFA charterholder since 2008.

Carl Seidman

Carl provides strategic consulting and financial advisory services to companies going through accelerated growth or transition. His experience extends to appraising business enterprises and intangible assets for corporate transactions, litigation, and other general purposes in distressed and non-distressed capacities. He has significant experience in intellectual property matters, having valued intellectual assets or quantified IP damages in over a dozen intellectual property disputes involving sole proprietors, middle-market, Fortune 500 companies, and celebrities. He is a current or past member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Turnaround Management Association, American Society of Appraisers, Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, and American Bankruptcy Institute.

Jeff Schmidt

Jeff’s diverse background includes equity research and corporate development, as well as restructuring and investment banking. Most recently, as an Associate at Tudor Pickering Holt & Co, he covered 20 diverse oil and gas companies with a combined market cap of over $300 billion. Prior to TPH, he covered more than 30 oil & gas companies while at Raymond James. He has been an instructor at Wall Street Prep since 2010, where he has conducted seminars for a variety of financial institutions, consulting firms, and corporations. Jeff has also taught at many of the top MBA programs, including Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, Columbia Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management and more. Jeff holds a BS from Texas A&M University, an MBA from the University of Houston, is a CFA charterholder and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 79 and 86/87 licenses.

Michael Stack

Before joining Wall Street Prep, Michael was Director of Product Development at DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. Prior to attending business school, he was an Associate at Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm with more than $44 billion in assets under management. He began his career at PJ Solomon, a boutique investment bank, as an analyst advising clients primarily on M&A transactions. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Matt Zumbach

Matt is currently the Director of Investments for a Fortune 500 insurance company. For the past four years, he has managed a multi-billion dollar pension fund with responsibilities across all asset classes. Prior to that, Matt spent time at Lightpoint Capital, a collateralized loan obligation fund, focusing on Aerospace and Defense and Airlines. Matt received his MBA from Kellogg, is a CFA charter holder and has passed the CPA exam.
