Over the last 12 years I have worked in various roles on projects of all sizes and scopes. I have worked in design, recruitment and implementation of grassroots programs, organized an extensive number of events, coordinating all aspects from planning through execution and post-event reporting, and successfully launched 3 businesses of my own, in addition to supporting numerous clients on their journey.

I am a champion of social media tools and technologies, with a consistent track record of creating and implementing successful training courses for program participants on incorporating and leveraging social media. I keep up to date with constantly evolving technologies and Web-based tools, and uses these skills to work closely with clients to create innovative, effective additions to their business offerings. I encourage the use of social media to support your business goals.

In addition I have experience with the contact management tools ACT, Base Camp, Real Simple Solutions, and Zoho.
