Business English Trainer

Hey! I'm Ivanka, and I like to help businesses and people become better. Oh, yes, I also love English and teaching! And good coffee:):).

So, I am a business trainer with 10+ years of experience and an HR MBA degree. I continuously conduct workshops and seminars on effectiveness in business settings, and I am a public speaker on business writing and communication.

Now I also head the recruitment department in a global IT outsourcing company.  

Therefore, the information I am introducing is learned from international business and real day-to-day practice, observation, analysis and research. It’s intentionally called deSchool Your Skills. You will discover that many tools learned in schools and written in standard textbooks are not applicable to modern alive business communication. 

My goal is to help you become more effective in business life, achieve your dreams, and live a happy life.
