Arthur Jackson is the founder, owner, and CEO of Arthur Jackson CTC INC. providing Diversity Training, Social Structure Training, Educational Consulting, Health and Safety classes, in CPR, AED, and First Aid, and Wilderness First Aid training.This is a United State Federal Veterans Administration approved small business, which provides free online training classes to train persons nationally and internationally on site and through several existing online platforms currently reaching over 20,000 students in 157 countries.

Arthur Jackson has served as an instructor in Health and Safety for the American Red Cross, American Safety and Health Institute, and Medic First Aid.

He served as a College Chair, and Academic Dean, managing course content, student and faculty development, and has served as Vice-Chair of the Washington State Chapter of the International Association of Hospital Safety and Security and Board.

Arthur Jackson is a graduate of the University of Houston, with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Minor in Math, and worked for a number of years in project management for companies such as Exxon, and several consulting firms, as well as operating his own engineering company in the state of Alaska, where managed the installation of the first electronic card key access system in an international airport.

Arthur Jackson is a graduate of Antioch University with a Juris Doctorate in law in 1987, and has conducted litigation for companies nationally.
