5. Refund Policy

To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with GiO Wiki, You would need to contact GiO Wiki via email at [email protected] or Click HERE. .

Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a 2 days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.

In cases of Direct Debit, the refund request can be processed only after a 6 weeks period from the payment date, period needed for your bank process settlement to complete. GiO Wiki will only review and respond to your refund request after these 6 weeks period ends.

Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order with GiO Wiki. GiO Wiki may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.

If you choose to pay by check or money order you may cancel your Order before making the payment or in case the payment is not received by us in 30 days GiO Wiki will cancel you Order.

You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.

If the refund request is granted by GiO Wiki, payments are refunded as follows: PayPal payments will be refunded within two (2) business day;

If applicable, GiO Wiki reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.

6. Dispute Resolution and Return a Product.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising from, relating to, or connected with these Terms of Use, the GiO Wiki Services, the GiO Wiki Content including Digital Content, any [ten web]  account and/or any Digital Library (each a “Claim”) will be resolved by binding arbitration (rather than in court).

If the dispute is opened for improper reasons (After the download link is received, and the course is not missing any files). We would send order details information and transaction history to the third parties to resolve the dispute.

You acknowledge and agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any Claim or cause of action you may have must be filed within one (1) calendar year after such Claim or cause of action arises, or forever be barred.

For purposes of any Claim that is not subject to the arbitration procedures in this Section Dispute, we both agree to the governing law and jurisdiction as set out in Section Applicable Law.
