Since my youth, I have had a passion for holistic health. I pursued Kinesiology and Education degrees in University and after graduation continued to seek out ways to improve the health of myself and others as well as personal growth. I was introduced to Reiki almost 15 years ago, receiving my attunements and Reiki Master Certification and it has been an integral part of my life both personally and professionally ever since.

Teaching is my passion and I am so grateful to be able to teach others ways to improve their health and life.

I am also the Director of the International Reiki Organization. This Reiki association was created to support Practitioners in their business and life and it is my honor to be a part of this wonderful mission.
