Shortly after ditching corporate slavery, Lex started his first freelance business. After applying his signature YOU Focus technique, he went from having no degree, no experience, and no portfolio, to working with multiple $100+ per hour clients in his first month. In 2019, he started over from scratch and built a second 6-figure freelance business. In 2021, Lex earned his first 5-figures per month client.

Today, Lex has taught more than 14,000 freelancers across 139 countries. He holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Psychology, is a J.M. student of law, and regularly works with A-list and B-list celebrities, enterprise businesses, multi-million-dollar marketing agencies, and even startups on Shark Tank.
