First the Official stuff

I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist

I’m Reiki III certified (There are no Masters just intelligent curious students)   

My career is in IT (Don’t fear the Cloud)

Now about the Unofficial stuff

I got my first taste of what I’ll call the expanded reality back in 2006 and I’ve been all about it ever since.

And since then I’ve opened up to a bunch of different pathways and ideas in my search for something but I had no idea what I was looking for.

-I saw a lot.

-I read a lot.

-I practiced a lot too.

But all roads lead to one place.

Which was enrolling in a hypnotherapy course and having the epiphany of a lifetime.

At the end of one of our more intense classes, our instructor told us to make sure we cut all our energetic cords and whatnot before we got settled in at home.     

And I said “Oh? How come?” 

Because we didn’t do any type of energy work on each other at all so I thought.

But my instructor said, “Jayson Hypnosis is energy work.”

And right after she spoke my mind flashed to 100 different places in my memory and it hit me.

-This is all the same. 

-Mind, energy, matter

-Water, Steam, ice

It is all the same. It’s all mind.

In both intelligence and energy, it is all Mind.

So the only thing that needs fixing is our minds. And make no mistake about this. Everything is in your mind. 

Because once I found what I was looking in my mind I can use that energy and intelligence to improve my life. Which is exactly what I did.

And now I hope to share some of my experience here. Think of me as just a simple guided as you explore the possibilities inside your own mind.
