I've been a trainer for over fifteen years. For most of that time I created and delivered software training in education, health and customer relationship management - both face to face and online.

In 2009 I created Business Plus Baby, a website for ambitious mothers of young children who own businesses so they can balance career and motherhood on their own terms. I also co-wrote the book 'Start a Family Friendly Business: 129 Brilliant Business Ideas For Mums'.

I learned a lot about blogging, social media, SEO, email marketing and everything else I needed to understand to run a successful website. A few years later, creating online courses and tutorials really took off so I was able to use my training skills and experience to help small business share what they know in content videos, courses and memberships.

I also manage online communities for other organisations.

I have a postgraduate certificate in education plus a postgraduate diploma in training and development as well as a bachelor's degree in physics.
