DANIEL L. ICENOGLE, JD, M.D. is a health law attorney and an emergency department physician, practicing law in the firm of Icenogle & Associates, LLC, Readstown, Wisconsin, which provides a variety of health law services for physicians, hospitals and other medical providers.
